About the event
Fulton County Arts will be holding a public forum on Wednesday, January 3rd from 7:30pm-8:30pm inside the Canton Learning Collaborative - 29 E. Side Square, Canton, IL.
Our Community Action Public Forums are open to all community members, organizations, and business owners. We will begin with a brief overview of FCA's mission, followed by any updates.* The rest of the time will be open to anyone from the community wanting to speak.
*Following updates, Canton Learning Collaborative Founder, Josh Pickel, will lead a presentation on Asset Based Community Development (ABCD).
“Are you passionate about building a stronger – more vibrant community? Discover the power of Asset-Based Community Development, and learn how to leverage the unique strengths and talents already present in your community. Through this engaging presentation by Canton Learning Collaborative Founder, Josh Pickel, we’ll explore practical ways to foster collaboration, celebrate local talents, and create positive change from within. Together, we can shape a future where our communities thrive by building on the incredible assets we already have!”
Any organizations interested in attending via Zoom, message Fulton County Arts here on Facebook, or through our website at www.FultonCountyArts.org
Following the one hour forum, there’ll be a moment to allow those needing to leave to do so. Afterwards if anyone present has something they’ve been wanting to say, we’ll listen.
Be sure you’re part of the Central Illinois Art Gathering Facebook group, Central Illinois Art Scene Facebook group, and follow Fulton County Arts here on Facebook to stay in the loop!
