Central Illinois Art Market

Next month on Sunday, March 12th we’ll be holding our first Central Illinois Art Market inside the Fulton County Arts Window Gallery out at The Shoppes at Grand Prairie in Peoria! Located in the South Courtyard between Marshalls and Faire Coffee, we’ll have a small gathering of artists set up between 12pm-4pm inside the showroom with art on display and for purchase. Come out to shop local art, and enjoy everything else The Shoppes at Grand Prairie has to offer!

This collaboration between Fulton County Arts and The Shoppes at Grand Prairie aims to empower artists throughout Central Illinois. Strengthening the relationship between cities and their underserved neighbors through the arts is crucial for growing rural economies, especially those deep in poverty. Together we are providing opportunities for artists living in areas isolated from art-centered communities to network with other Central Illinois artists, and to engage with a greater (more diverse) audience.

Thank you to The Shoppes at Grand Prairie for lifting our rural art community, and for providing a space to engage with the arts for everyone!
